Spiral Farm, developed by Pablovsky, is a free Android game distributed through Google Play. Its package identifier is com.pablovsky.helixfarm: it keeps the game’s former name because the identifier of a published app cannot be changed, and it refers to this same application.

Data stored on your device

Game progress: level reached, coins, unlocked characters and trails, farm decoration, best times and your settings. This is deleted when you uninstall the app.

Data stored on our servers

The app uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore (Google Cloud). On first launch it creates an anonymous account: a random identifier not tied to your email, real name or any information identifying you outside the game. Under that identifier we store:

  • the nickname you choose in-game,
  • your friend code,
  • your total score and equipped character,
  • your farm decoration,
  • your friends list and gifts sent or received,
  • your last activity date,
  • and your Google Play Games player ID if you link your account (used to restore your progress after a reinstall or a device change).

Visibility

Your nickname, score, character and farm are visible to players who add you as a friend using your code, and appear in friend leaderboards. We do not share this information with anyone else. We do not collect your email, phone number, contacts, precise location, photos or any file on your device.

Third-party services

  • Google AdMob (ads): advertising ID, IP address, device information, coarse location and diagnostics. A consent form is shown in the EEA, UK and Switzerland before ads are loaded, and can be reopened at any time from Settings > Privacy options in the game.
  • Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore: the anonymous account and social data described above.
  • Google Play Games Services (optional sign-in, leaderboards, achievements): player ID, gamertag, avatar and scores.
  • Google Play Billing: the optional one-time purchase to remove ads is processed entirely by Google; the developer never receives or stores your payment details.

Deletion

Local data is removed when you uninstall the app. To delete the data stored on our servers, email [email protected] including your in-game friend code or nickname; requests are handled within 30 days. Play Games data can be deleted following Google’s instructions, and you can revoke the game’s access to your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Depending on where you live you may also have the right to access, rectify or object to the processing of your data; write to the address above to exercise it.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13.
